agree or disagree with capital punishment

To what extent are you agreeing that capital punishment also known as death penalty by government for offences like first degree murder and terrorism.Crime is everywhere so eliminating crime is our duty by punishing criminals. But there are some criminals who commit a crime because they see no other option to survive. Some do for fun like serial killers so they definitely deserve death penalty. This will help to reduce crime rate in the city as people will fear for the punishment. However those criminals who commit murders during self-defense do not deserve death penalty. Capital punishment is necessary to reduce crime rate and bring justice to the innocent. This ensures safety to the society.
